How many plans does Gyde have?

Gyde offers three license tiers for a one-time purchases:

  • Tier 1 for $49 (1 app integration, 50 help articles per app, 5,000 monthly combined active users)
  • Tier 2 for $129 (5 app integrations, 100 help articles per app, 100,000 monthly combined active users)

How can I purchase Gyde?

How can I activate the product once bought?

After a successful purchase, you'll receive a redeem link with a unique code to activate your Gyde product.

  • Follow the redeem link.
  • Enter the unique code provided.
  • Your product will be ready to use.

How can I switch between the plans?

To switch between plans for Gyde:

  • Navigate to the Billing page on the top right side of the Gyde app.
  • There is an option to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Select the new plan you want to switch to.
  • The changes will take effect on your account.

How can I get a refund?

To request a refund for a product on Appsumo within 60 days:

  • Go to the "Products" section of your Appsumo account.
  • Click on the product.
  • Look for the option to request a refund in the dropdown menu.
  • Follow the prompts to submit your refund request.
