Update Your Salesforce Console Settings
- From Setup, enter Apps in the Quick Find box, then select Apps.
- Click Edit next to the Salesforce console app that you want to add the Omni-Channel and SOS widgets to.
- In the Choose Console Components section, add Omni-Channel and SOS to your list of selected items.
- In the Whitelist Domain field, addsalesforceliveagent.com to the list of whitelisted domains.
- Click Save.
