1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Cisco Spark and WebEx, and then select Cisco Spark and WebEx.
2. Use the toggle to turn on Cisco Spark Messages and Meetings (1).
3. Type and save your company’s WebEx site name (2) and then use the toggle to turn on WebEx Meetings (3). Note We support WebEx sites that are administered through the Cisco Spark Control Hub. If you useWebEx Site Administration, contact your WebEx sales representative to change youradministration type. Your WebEx site administrator can provide the site name. An example is https://siteName.webex.com where “siteName” is your company’sWebEx site name.Hold on, you’re not done yet! You’ve turned on the feature for your org, but you haven’t given your users anything to interact with.
4. Configure the following components to give your users access: Cisco Spark Utility BarCisco Spark ConversationCisco Spark Spaces Group ConversationCisco WebEx Meeting Composer

9. To give users the ability to save chat conversations, enable Notes for your org.
