Troubleshoot Einstein Lead Scoring Setup Errors
- From Setup, enter Connected Apps in the Quick Find box, and then click Connected Apps.
- Select the Salesforce_to_SalesforceIQ_Secure_Connected_App.
- Scroll to the OAuth Policies section.
- Confirm that the Permitted Users section is set to Admin approved users are pre-authorized.
- Scroll to the Profiles related list.
- Confirm that the SalesforceIQ Integration User profile is assigned.
