1. From Setup, enter Connected Apps in the Quick Find box, and then click Connected Apps.
2. Select the Salesforce_to_SalesforceIQ_Secure_Connected_App.
3. Scroll to the OAuth Policies section.
4. Confirm that the Permitted Users section is set to Admin approved users are pre-authorized.
5. Scroll to the Profiles related list.
6. Confirm that the SalesforceIQ Integration User profile is assigned.
