Train Your Bot to Understand Your Customers (Beta)
- From the Bot Builder menu, click Dialogs.
- Click the name of the dialog for which you want to add an intent.The Dialogs page displays two tabs: Dialog Details—Contains the dialog elements and next step for the bot.Dialog Intent—Contains the customer inputs that define the intent.
- Dialog Details—Contains the dialog elements and next step for the bot.
- Dialog Intent—Contains the customer inputs that define the intent.
- Click Dialog Intent.
- Select the intent to associate with this dialog.
- You can also add customer inputs to this dialog intent. Enter as many different ways your customer might ask for help related to this dialog as possible.
- Save the dialog.
- Go to the Overview page and click Train Bot in the Intent Management section.
