Social Studio User Role Permissions
- If a Full User or Basic User is a workspace Admin, they can manage the workspace’s settings.
- Full User and Basic User can only view the Workspace content, calendar, and performance for Workspaces they can access.
- Admin only and Super User must be enabled in Ads Studio before able to grant user access.
- If granted permission by a Super User, Full User or Basic User can use the Sentiment Model.
- Full Users can only create and edit their own macros.
- Full Users can only see topic profiles that they created and only the topic profiles shared with them. To share the topic profile, an Admin-only or Super User adds the topic profile to a Social Studio workspace.
- Basic Users can only view topic profiles shared through either a Social Studio Workspace. To share the topic profile, an Admin-only or Super User adds the topic profile to a Social Studio workspace.
- Full users can only access Source groups Full Users created themselves and shared with them. To share the topic profile, an Admin-only or Super User adds the topic profile to a Social Studio workspace.
- Super Users can share and update owned dashboards.
- If a workspace Admin is a Full User and Basic User, they can share and update owned dashboards.
