1. From Setup, enter Content Deliveries and PublicLinks in the Quick Findbox, and select Content Deliveries and PublicLinks. Select Content Deliveriesfeature can be enabled for users andPublic Links can be enabled for users (RequiresContent Deliveries).
2. From Setup, enter Permission Sets in theQuick Find box, and selectPermission Sets. Select apermission set, click System Permissions,and select Create Public Links.
3. From Setup, enter Profiles in theQuick Find box, and selectProfiles. Select a profile, andclick Edit. In General UserPermissions, select Create PublicLinks. You don't need this permission for filesin a shared Salesforce CRM Content library. Instead, completesteps 1 and 2 and then ensure that the user is a library memberand that Deliver Content is checked inthe library permission definition.
4. From Setup, enter Content Permissions inthe Quick Find box, and selectContent Permissions. Next toLibrary Administrator in the list of library permisions, clickEdit, enable DeliverContent, and save your changes.
