Set Up Social Accounts, Contacts, and Leads
- From Setup, enter Social Accounts in the QuickFind box, then select Social Accounts and ContactsSettings.
- Select Enable Social Accounts and Contacts.
- Select the social networks that users in your organization can access. By default, all social networks are selected.
- Click Save.
- To make Twitter accessible in the Salesforce app, add the Twitter card to the Mobile Cards section of the accounts, contacts, and leads page layouts.
