1. In the Sales or Service Cloud, clickSetup.
2. Under Administer in the setup menu, click ManageUsers.
3. Click Users.
4. Create a new user or update an existing user with the following settings: User License: SalesforceProfile: System Administrator
5. User License: Salesforce
6. Profile: System Administrator
7. Save the user.
8. Edit the Salesforce system user.
9. Apply the System Administrator profile to the user.
10. Select Marketing Cloud for AppExchangeAdmin.
11. Select Marketing Cloud for AppexchangeUser.
12. Save the user.
