- Enable Local PresenceShow local numbers when calling customers with Lightning Dialer. Enable the feature fromthe Local Presence page in Setup.
- Enable Call MonitoringUse Call Monitoring to coach sales reps using Lightning Dialer. Enable the feature fromthe Dialer Settings page in Setup, then create a permission set with the Access Dialer Monitoringpermission and assign it to managers.
