Set Up Lightning Experience Event Reminders
- Confirm that activity reminders areenabled.This setting lets reps see event reminders pop up on the top right corners of their browsers.
- Confirm that in-app notifications are enabled. From Setup, enter SalesforceNotifications in the Quick Find box, then selectSalesforce Notifications. Select Enable in-appnotifications.This setting lets reps see event reminders in the global navigation notification list.
- Add the Reminder Set field to Event page layouts.
