1. Navigate to Admin | Configure Fields | Prospect Fields.
2. Next to the field you want to validate, click the gear icon in the Actions column, then click Edit.
3. Select Use predefined values (for checkboxes, radio buttons, drop downs, andmulti-selects).
4. Select Validate this field on import.
5. In the Values section, add your predefined values.
6. Save the field.
