Send to Campaigns or Reports
- In Sales or Service Cloud, navigate to the MarketingCloud tab.
- If not automatically redirected, click EmailSend.
- If using an Enterprise 2.0 account, use the look-up tool to select a business unit from which the email send originates.
- To select a Marketing Cloud email, clickFind.
- To see the email before sending, click PreviewEmail.
- Edit the subject line if needed.
- Add up to 10 reports or campaigns toRecipients.
- If needed, add reports or campaigns to theExclusions field to exclude recipients from the send.
- To create an email linkage, select Rememberrecipients and exclusions for this email. This selection associates an email to this specific list of recipients and exclusions. On subsequent sends, selecting this email automatically populates the Recipients and Exclusions fields with the reports or campaigns chosen here.
- Select a From email address or send classification. Note If a contact has the Email Opt Out flag set, theydon’t receive Marketing Cloud emails, unless it is atransactional send classification. Version 5.18 orlater of Marketing Cloud Connect is required for thetransactional send classification.
- Choose the Reply-to email address, used for receiving replies to this email.
- To prevent sending more than one email to the same email address in this send, select DedupeSubscribers.
- To prevent subscriber level tracking for this send, selectDisable Individual Tracking.
- Set the Send Date and Time for the email send process to start. Note Update or cancel a scheduled send as needed.
- Certify that all recipients have opted in and provided permission to receive the email.
- Send the email.
