1. Navigate to the prospect you want to email, and click the email address in the record.
2. Enter Name. Name is used to organize emails in Pardot.
3. (Optional). Select an Email Template.
4. Choose a Campaign.
5. Enter the subject.
6. Choose the email’s format.
7. Compose your email, and send when finished.
