1. On the dataset recipe page, click Create Dataset orUpdate Dataset. The Update Dataset option appears if the dataset has been run before.The Run Recipe dialog appears.
2. In the Dataset Name field, enter a name for the target dataset.The dataset name defaults to the name of the recipe.
3. From the App picklist, select where you want to create the target dataset.
4. If necessary, enter a security predicate for the target dataset. See Row-Level Security for Datasets.
5. In the list of fields, make sure the fields that you require are selected.NoteBy default, fields that you have removed or hidden in the recipe preview are not selected. Make sure that you review these fields.
6. Click Continue.
7. Either select to run periodically, or this time only.If you select to run this time only, click Run Recipe to finish. If you select to run periodically, click ScheduleRecipe, complete the schedule settings, and then click Schedule and Run.Your recipe is queued to run.Note Users with the Edit Dataset Recipes permission can:Create a recipe only in their private app.Run and schedule recipes based on datasets that don’t have security predicates.
