Retry Email Sends
- Navigate to Salesforce | Email Sends.
- Click the Email Send name.
- The Retry Number field appears in the Administrative section of the Email Send record.Once the Retry Number has reached 9,999, the send no longer attempts to retry and has failed. The send remains in an error status.If you have Microsoft DynamicsCRM administrator rights, you can view theprocess running in the Process Center.
- Navigate to Settings | Processes | My Processes.
- Click Salesforce Marketing Cloud Process: RetrySend.
