Restrict a Content Area
- Choose Edit.
- Choose Restrictions.
- Set the Max Number of Blocks allowed to be used in this content area.
- Select the Types of Blocks allowed to be used in this content area. When content exists in the content area before restrictions are set, the number of blocks in the content area are the minimum number of blocks you can set. For example, if there are three blocks in the content area before you sets restrictions, you cannot select fewer than three blocks. All types are allowed in the block by default. To choose specific block types, search for them in the search bar and select them. Those blocks appear in Selected. You can also click the drop-down list of common blocks and choose blocks from there. Select blocks appear in the respective block. To no longer allow that block type, click X next to the type. If a section contains content before you set restrictions, then you can set restrictions on the types of blocks.
- Choose Done Editing.
