Reset a Forgotten Password
- At the login screen, enter your username and click Next.
- Click Forgot Your Password?.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Next.
- Check the email account associated with your Marketing Cloud account and enter the security code sent to your email address.
- Click Next.
- Enter the correct answer to the displayed security question.
- Click Next.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Finish.
