Rescheduling an Appointment
- Open a parent record, liked a Work Order, that has a booked appointment.
- In the Chatter feed, select the Book Appointment quick action. If this action is not available, you can add it to the layout.
- Review and adjust inputs for the Work Type, Address, and Service Territory, if desired.
- Click Get Appointments to view a list of available slots.
- Select the suitable appointment window, and the service appointment is automatically rescheduled.
