Request and Capture Customer Information
- Include the attribute to capture. For example: ZipCode.
- To prompt the subscriber to send in information, include an outbound response message. For example: Text in your ZIP code to find deals in your area!
- To confirm receipt of the information, include a confirmation message. For example: "Thanks for the information. Talk to you soon!" You can also include a coupon code in your confirmation message.
