1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Click on New Report....
3. Click on New Custom Report Type.
4. Expand the Activities folder.
5. Click on a report. (For example, click Activities with Accounts.)
6. Click on Create
7. Drag and drop the fields that you want to include in the report.
8. Click on Run Report.
9. Save the report.
