1. In Contacts, click the Lists tab.
2. Click the List you wish to manage.
3. Make changes to the conditions in the List to increase or reduce the amount of included Contacts.
4. Once you have included all the rules you wish to use for that List,clickSave.
5. Click Publish to make the List available for use. Once you click Publish, you can monitor the status of your List using the Status field: Available - you can use the List as part of your sends.Queued - MobilePush processes the List in the order in which it was submitted.In Progress - MobilePush is processing the List.Publish Failed- MobilePush could not publish the List. Try again.
6. Available - you can use the List as part of your sends.
7. Queued - MobilePush processes the List in the order in which it was submitted.
8. In Progress - MobilePush is processing the List.
9. Publish Failed- MobilePush could not publish the List. Try again.
