1. Click the Interactions tab on the navigation bar.
2. Click Messages.
3. Click Microsites.
4. Click My Microsites.
5. Select the checkbox next to the microsite interaction to pause.
6. Click Pause from the toolbar.
7. The system changes the status of the microsite interaction to Paused.
