1. Using the Unresolved Items shortcut on the sidebar, easily access the My Unresolved Items page.
2. Using the tabs Contacts, Events and Tasks , quickly review unassigned items by type u.
3. View your unassigned items.
4. Assign your items to Salesforce records — either manually or using Salesforce recommendations — or confirm you want to leave them unassigned.
