Moderate Flagged Direct Messages in Your Community
- If you haven’t already, install the SalesforceCommunities Management (for Communities with Chatter) package from the AppExchange.
- Open Community Workspaces orCommunity Management.
- In Community Management, go to Moderation | Flagged and select Direct Messages from the dropdown menu to filter the flagged items.
- Review and act on the flagged messages.
