Mobile Send Configuration
- Navigate to Salesforce and selectConfiguration.
- Select MobileConnect Configuration.
- Select which CRM entities to use.
- Indicate the field on the selected entity that is used as the opt-out field.
- Click Save.Note All MobileConnect sends from Microsoft Dynamics CRMrequire a Field Mapping set as the Mobile Number.Country Code must be defined per entity used forsending.
- Navigate to Salesforce and selectConfiguration.
- Select MobileConnect Field Mapping.
- Click Create a new mapping set.
- Enter a name and description.
- Click OK.
- Click Add Row.
- Select a CRM entity from the drop-down list.
- Select a CRM field.
- Select the Marketing Cloud field name to map to the CRM.
- Click Save.
