1. From the Accounts tab, click Merge Accounts in the Tools section. If you don’t see the merge option, ask your admin to check your user permissions.
2. To find the duplicate accounts, enter a search string. Then click Find Accounts.
3. Select up to three accounts you want to merge. Then click Next.
4. Select one account as the master record.
5. Select the fields that you want to retain from each record. Fields with conflicting values are highlighted.
6. Click Merge.
