Manage Tracking Data Storage
- In Sales or Service Cloud, navigate to the Marketing Cloud tab.
- Click Configure Marketing CloudConnector.
- Click Tracking Data Cleanup.
- Select the tracking data to delete.
- Click Delete Selected Tracking Data. Note To delete all tracking data, click Delete All Tracking Data.
- In the dialog box, select the types of data to delete. Tip Individual Email Results provides emailperformance information at the Contact or Leadlevel. Aggregate Link Details provides acomprehensive summary of email sendstatistics.
- If needed, select a filter option to delete tracking information for Individual Email Results.
- To receive confirmation of the data cleanup, add email addresses.
- Confirm that you understand that this action permanently deletes the selected send tracking data.
- Click Delete.If you added email addresses, Marketing Cloud Connectsends a confirmation after the tracking data cleanupcompletes.
