- Connect a Campaign to a JourneyTo expose Marketing Cloud content to your owners, partners, and sellers forpersonalization in Distributed Marketing, first connect a Salesforce campaign with a MarketingCloud journey.
- Change Journey Connected to a CampaignBefore campaign members are added to a campaign or a child campaign is created, you canchange the journey connected to the campaign through Distributed Marketing. After saving, anassociation between a campaign and a journey is required.
- Administer Default Greeting OptionsTo help control voice and tone, select the greeting options for standard DistributedMarketing users to choose from. Distributed Marketing automatically includes First Name and FullName options, which can’t be edited or removed. If you use custom fields, such as Preferred Name,add up to eight more greeting options.
- Define Pending Member Sort OrderAfter contacts, leads, or person accounts are added to campaigns, standard DistributedMarketing users review pending campaign members to approve or reject them for receiving messages.By default, the list of pending campaign members is sorted by the creation date, which is when themember was added to the campaign. If it is beneficial to sort the list of pending campaign membersby a different field, you can define a single unencrypted custom sort field. For example, sortalphabetically by first name, last name, or first name + last name.
