1. Launch Data Loader.
2. Click Insert.
3. Log in with your user name and password.
4. Click Next.
5. Click Show All Salesforce Objects.
6. Select the Forecasting Quota object from the list.
7. Click Browse, and then choose the .csv file to upload.
8. Click Next.
9. Click OK in the Data Selection dialog box.
10. Click Create or Edit a Map.

12. Click OK.
13. Click Next.
14. Click Browse, and then choose the directory where you want to save the log file containing messages about the success or failure of the upload.
15. Click Finish.
16. Click Yes to proceed with the upload.
17. Click OK.
