In-Column Post Information
- Post Assignment and Status - To display who the post is assigned to for follow-up, click the avatar. If the post is a reply to a Twitter comment, the text in reply to is shown.
- Post text - This could also be a Facebook Review if viewing a Facebook Post, plus embedded links containing referenced URLs and @mentions, only for Facebook public pages and Twitter handles. If the post is in Hebrew, Persian, Arabic, the characters display from right to left. You can also reply to the post in that language. Social Studio auto detects the language of the characters.
- Image or Video - Click the magnifying icon to display the images, video, or animated gif in a lightbox view. Videos embedded in a Facebook post or a Tweet outside of Social Studio cannot be played within the Post Inspector or in an Engage column. Videos added to Facebook or Twitter posts created in Social Studio can be played in an Engage column or Post Inspector. Facebook posts with multiple images created on Facebook can be viewed in an Engage column.

- Quick Action Icons - Use these social network type dependent actions to quickly engage with the post.
- Author Labels are tags applied to posts to classify the author of the post.
- Post Labels are tags used to organize posts.
- Notes - Added by the system, you or another user to the post.
- If more than two notes, a link displays indicating there are more notes.
- The Sent to Salesforce indicator appears above the post and the SCS case number is shown as well as any agent replies.
