1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Click on New Report....
3. Click on New Custom Report Type.
4. Expand the Activities folder.
5. Click on Activities with Contacts.
6. Click on Create
7. Drag and drop at least 1 Contact field onto the report.
8. You can drag and drop as many fields as you want to include in the report.
9. Click on Run Report.
10. Lastly, save the report.
