1. First, click on the edit icon at the top of the dashboard.
2. Select the table that consists of the list of patients at the bottom of the dashboard.
3. In the Properties panel on the right, select Widget.
4. Then, click Show custom action to enable the bulk action. In the Custom Action Label field, enter a name for the custom action, for example Send List to Health Cloud.
5. In the Visualforce Page Name field, enter 'HcWaveListIntegrationPage'. This string refers to a Visualforce page that is included with the Health Cloud package.
6. In the end, to save, click on the Save icon at the top of the dashboard, then click the Save button.
