1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Cisco Spark and WebEx, and then select Cisco Spark and WebEx.
2. Use the toggles to turn off access to all Salesforce users (1) and (2).
3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
4. If you don’t already have permission sets for Cisco Spark or WebEx users, then create them.
5. Click System Permissions, then click Edit.
6. Select the Cisco Spark Conversation or the WebExMeetings permission, then click Save.
7. Click Manage Assignments.
8. Click Add Assignments.
9. Select all of the users you want to give access to Cisco Spark or WebEx, then clickAssign, and Done.
