1. Select the Feed component in the page you’re configuring.
2. In the property editor, configure properties for the component:PropertyDetailsFeed TypeSelect the type of feed you’d like to place on your page. Types include: Topic, Record, Group. However, search is not supported on the Topic feed type. If you plan to enable search in a feed, select the Group or Record feed type. Record ID is the feed item ID. Typically, this field is automatically populated when the page loads. Leave this field blank if you pick the Community Discussion or My Feed options in Feed Type. Default Feed Filter - For feed entries you want your community members to see, select the default filter. Post Style Choose whether to expand or collapse post comments by default. Let members search feedsChoose whether to let community members search an individual feed. Search is not supported on the Topic feed type. Let members sort feeds Choose whether to let community members sort a feed. When sorting is enabled, members can sort a feed by the latest posts or most recent activity.
3. Topic — Topic feed shows everything that is posted to a selected topic. You can also use the Topic type for discussion feeds.
4. Record — Record feed shows everything that is posted to a selected record, like an account or opportunity. You can also use the Record Type for user profile feeds.
5. Group — Group feed shows everything that is posted to a selected group.
