Enable Task Assignment for Community Users Created from Contacts
- Open the patient’s Detail page, select the case that’s associated with the care plan.
- In the Case Team related list, find users who have Contact: as a prefix to their name. These contacts have a user record, but you must update their user type to assign them tasks from the care plan template.
- Click Update Case Team Members.
- Next to the user’s name, use the picklist to change their assignment fromContact to Customer Portal User.
