Enable Reduction Orders
- From Setup, enter Order Settings in the QuickFind box, then select Order Settings.
- Make sure that Enable Orders is selected.
- Select Enable Reduction Orders.
- Save your changes.
- Using a profile or permission set, assign the necessary permissions to the appropriate sales team members.To create reduction orders, team members need the “Create Reduction Orders” user permission.To add order products to reduction orders, team members need field-level access to these order product fields: Start Date, End Date, and Original Order Product.

- Consider adding the Reduction Order Products related list to your page layouts for order products.
