1. Make sure that you’ve done the following.Enabled partner portalsCreated a partner portalCreated a partner profile and assigned it to your partner portalEnabled an account as a partner, and enabled partner portal login for a contact of that account
2. Enabled partner portals
3. Created a partner portal
4. Created a partner profile and assigned it to your partner portal
5. Enabled an account as a partner, and enabled partner portal login for a contact of that account
6. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users and select the partner portal contact that you created.
7. Make sure that the Active and AllowForecasting checkboxes are selected.
8. Enable the partner portal user in the forecast hierarchy, and make sure that the person is assigned to an active forecast manager.
