Editing the Members of Relationship Groups
- Click New or Edit on the Relationship Group Members related list of a relationshipgroup detail page. Alternatively, click Edit next to a member listed on the Relationship Group Members list ofan account detail page.
- To remove an account from the relationship group, click [remove].
- To add an account to the relationship group, enter an accountname in an empty Account lookup field.
- In the Role drop-down list, choose a rolefor each member of the relationship group.
- In the Primary column, select a primary relationship group member.
- In the Secondary column, select a secondary relationship groupmember.
- Select Include in Roll-up for the accountswhose related activities and custom objects should display on therelationship group detail page.
- Optionally, click Add Member as neededto include additional members. You can add a maximum of 20 recordsto a relationship group.
- Click Save to finish.
