1. From management settings for the picklist’s object, go to Fields option.
2. Click on Field Dependencies.
3. Click on Edit next to the field dependency relationship you wish to change.
4. Use the field dependency matrix to specify the dependent picklist values that are available when a user selects each controlling field value.
5. Optionally, click Preview to test your selections.
6. Save your changes.
