Delete a Subscriber
- Hover over Subscribers.
- Click Subscribers.
- Click the name of the list that contains the subscriber to delete.
- Click Search.
- To choose from the supported search fields, click Search where.
- In the Is equal to field, enter the subscriber's data for the selected search field.Email Address: Enter the subscriber's full email address. Note What you enter here must match the email address in the subscriber's record. This field is not case sensitive.Domain: Enter just the domain portion of the subscriber's email address. Note For example, yahoo.com.HTML Email preference: The Is equal to field becomes a dropdown list with two options to choose from, Yes or No.Subscriber Status: The Is equal to field becomes a dropdown with the following options to choose from, Active, Returned, Undeliverable, or Unsubscribed.Note Returned is the same as Bounced and Undeliverable is the same as Held.

- Subscriber Status: The Is equal to field becomes a dropdown with the following options to choose from, Active, Returned, Undeliverable, or Unsubscribed.Note Returned is the same as Bounced and Undeliverable is the same as Held.
- Click Find Now. The application scans your subscribers for one or more matches and displays the results.
- Select the desired subscriber in the search results.
- Click Delete Subscriber.
- Click OK.
- To exit the Search Subscribers box, click Close.Note Once deleted, the subscriber no longer appears on any of your lists in Email Studio,including the All Subscribers list. If you import a list that includes this subscriber or ifyou manually add the subscriber, the subscriber reappears on your lists. To ensure you do notsend any emails to this subscriber in the future, use the Unsubscribe feature instead ofdeleting the subscriber. Unsubscribe prevents the subscriber from being imported into thesystem accidentally.
