1. From Salesforce Classic Setup,enter Validation Statuses in the Quick Findbox, then select Validation Statuses.
2. On the picklist edit page, click New to add new values to the validation status field.You can also edit, delete, reorder, and replace picklist values. When you replace a picklist value, the system replacesit in all versions of the article, including any archived versions.
3. Add one or more picklist values(one per line) in the text area.
4. To set the value as the defaultfor the picklist, be sure to select the Default checkbox.
5. Click Save.
