- Specify the Live Agent Settings for Your Snap-Ins Chat Deployment. Snap-ins Chat uses a Live Agent deployment ID and button so customers can chat with your agents. The Live Agent details that you provide are used to generate the chat code snippet that you add to your web pages.
- To reflect your company’s brand identity, customize the Branding and Appearance of Your Snap-In . Select the colors and font used in your snap-in
- Customize Labels for Snap-Ins Chat. You can customize most of the field labels for your snap-ins from either Lightning Experience or Salesforce Classic.
- Copy the Snap-Ins Chat Code Snippets and Paste the Code into Your Web PagesSalesforce generates a unique code snippet based on the information you provided duringthe Snap-ins Chat setup. Copy and paste the chat code snippet so you can add the snap-in to yourweb pages. Copy and paste the optional meta tag code snippet to make your web pages responsive todifferent form factors such as mobile and desktop.
