1. From Setup, use the Quick Find box to search for settings for your email integration feature. Search for Lightning for Outlook or Lightning for Gmail for those features. For Salesforce for Outlook, search forOutlook Configurations.
2. Under Email Application Publisher Layouts, click New. Give your new layout a name, and then click Save.
3. Drag the quick actions that you want into the Quick Actions in the Salesforce Classic Publisher section. For help using the publisher, see Add Actions to Global Publisher Layouts.
