10. Modify Action Type to Vote.
11. Modify Action Settings to the data extension that stores voting results.
12. Enter the generic error message that MO users receive when they send an invalid response.
13. Enter the message MO users receive when they vote for an invalid category.
14. Enter the name of the column in the data extension that stores mobile numbers.
15. Enter the message MO users receive when they vote multiple times when only one vote is permitted.Note This error occurs only when the Phone column is selected as primary key.
16. Enter a success message that notifies MO users that their vote was successfully recorded.
17. Enter valid voting categories.Separate each category with a comma. MO users must enter these categories exactly whenvoting.Tip If you don't add valid categories, this fieldbecomes a free-form text field and any MO user-submitted vote is recorded.
18. Enter the name of the data extension column that stores category votes.
19. Save the voting action.
