How to enable skills based routing


  1. To enable skills based routing - Got to Setup, enter Omni-Channel in the Quick Find box, then select Omni-Channel Settings.
  2. Please select "Use Skills-Based Routing".
  3. Then Click Save! You have enable skills-based routing!
