1. Create a permission set for Case Feed.
2. On the Permission Set page, click App Permissions.
3. Select Use Case Feed. Optionally,select any other permissions you want to include in the set.
4. Click Save.Tip If you have an existing permission set, you can edit itto include the Use Case Feed permission.
