1. Navigate to Marketing | Engagement Studio.
2. Click + Add Engagement Program.
3. Enter Name. Name is internal-only.
4. Choose a folder.
5. Choose Recipient Lists.
6. Optional: choose Suppression Lists.
7. Optional: select Send emails during business hours only.
8. Save the program.
9. From the Build tab, add use the + icons to add steps.
