Create Cases from the Outlook Ribbon with Salesforce forOutlook
- In Outlook, select up to 10 sent or received emails andclick Create Cases.
- Select a destination from the drop-down list. Salesforce for Outlook adds the emails youselected as a case in Salesforce.
