Create and Edit Divisions
- From Setup, enter Manage Divisions in the Quick Find box, then select Manage Divisions.
- To create a division, click New, or Edit change an existing division.
- Enter the division name.
- To make the division active, select the checkbox.Note You can’t deactivate a division if users or lead queues are assigned to thatdivision.
- Click Save.
- To change the order that divisions appear in the Divisions picklist, clickSort. Then to use the arrow buttons to move divisions higher or lower in the list.
